IEEE removes all sanctions against Iranian members

SUTA: Dr. Arthur Winston, President of IEEE, has sent us a copy of his note to the Board of IEEE of the same day, in which he informs the IEEE Board and members that another member restriction has been removed.

Effective immediately IEEE reinstates the use of electronic communications functions of IEEE website to all members of embargoed countries, including Iran. These members can also order IEEE magazines per Internet, the same way as all other members can do. [ News from IEEE ]
