Nothing is better than having a good supermarket near your office where they reduce the prices of their sandwiches and juices after 13hrs, so you can get a good meal plus a freshly baked Danish pastry with around £1.50 !! :-)

oh, poor boy, but here in manchester a small sandwich with not fresh vegetable inside it, is about 3.5 pounds.
