Greetings

Nazanin

Hello everyone, my name is Nazanin and I do masters by research in Sociology in the university of Nottingham. I'm specifically interested in social development, it's history and implications, and also society policy. I'm also interested in development of women's social rights and status, and try to read and learn as much as I can about it. These are very important but almost neglected fields in many developing countries including Iran and if well researched, they will be of great benefit to our country.

To help you get a better idea of what I'm doing, let me give you a few general examples: What is causing the ever widening gap between the poor and the rich in Iran (considering the fact that Iran is one of the richest countries in terms of natural resources and potentials). What were the reasons of the success of the Public Literacy Movement (Nehzat-e Savad Amoozi) in Iran? How did social development plans succeed in societies such as Norway and Iceland, bringing them from provincial europe to centre of world attention, making them symbols of affluent life style? Dive inside these sorts of questions and related subjects surrounding them.

Greetings to all from Sherwood forest and the city of Robinhood.
