Illiteracy in a big scale
Just have a look at this wonderfully designed (!) billboard in Tehran Mashad and see how stupidity and illiteracy shines in our cities! Yeah, A Memopyable Cellebpasion Fop all!!!
The billboard was not in Tehran. I take that photo in Mashhad.

Their mistakes are clear and ridiculous . I think that they did these mistakes intentionally to attract people . if my statment is true , i congratulate them since their idea is new . Now so many people know that what is " Arman Sajad "

I dont think they deliberately made the mistakes. Just walk in the airport (for example Mehrabad) and see the number of English mistakes (spelling and grammar) you can pick.
