BBC Content on a third-party site

Mehran

Just noticed that part of BBC content related to "rooz-e-haftom" is accessible via www.roozehaftom.tk, and it points to a page on www.narenj.com, which is not a BBC web site (actually it is hosted in the US!).

This is not professional. It would be much better if they created a series of links to the contents on the BBC web site. Even under a Creative Commons license, you cannot copyright the modified version of the content licensed under CC!

West Ender:

Wow I never noticed that before. How could BBC permit this? And how can Narenj.com and that person called Elisha claim that they hold the copyright for the BBC Persian archive? It is indeed very unprofessional. Moreover, the BBC content don't seem to be copyrighted under CC license. Just have a look at the very bottom right of every BBC Persian site where it says "© BBC MMIV". I wonder how such thing could have happened...
