Most Expensive Cities
Mercer HR: Tokyo and London are the most expensive cities in the world.
London is the most expensive city in Europe, with a score of 119. High accommodation and transport costs together with the appreciation of the pound against the US dollar have pushed the city up in the rankings. Amongst other UK cities, Glasgow ranked 41 and Birmingham ranked lower at positions 51 in the world.
After London, Geneva is the next most expensive city in Europe ranked in 6th position, followed by Copenhagen in 8th place. Other high scoring cities include Zurich (9th), Milan (13th), Dublin (14th), Oslo (15th), and Paris (17th).

Well the report puts Oslo in rank 15! Although I have heard Oslo is quite expensive when it comes to drinks :-)
