Long Distance Telephone
Rumours say that recently changes in VoIP policy has created a lot problems for long distance telephone cards, although I have seen only one UK telephone card that has stopped working.
I have been using Telestunt for my long distance calls for more than three months, in order to call Iran and the rest of the world. When I started three months ago it was only 2 pence per minute to talk to Tehran (landline), but they increased the price a wee bit to 4 ppm and finally to 6 ppm, which is still cheaper than most cards I have seen.
Go to Telestunt web site, select Iran from the menu and you will get two access numbers, one to call landlines (6 ppm) and another to call Mobiles (7 ppm). I tested the access numbers today and both worked perfectly. This service is convenient to use, you don't need to buy phone cards and you will see the charges on your telephone bill.
